I sit up quickly, realizing I’m not in my own home, where I was a couple of seconds ago…
Now I’m sitting on the floor, in what seems to be a classroom. It doesn’t seem like a Kamiyama classroom, so where am I?
I notice an envelope next to me, which I can only assume has a letter for me.

Huh? I don’t remember applying for such a school… and the title? Makes me slightly sick. Anything else could have been better. Nonetheless, I follow the directions and eventually find the gym, it was surprisingly near the room I was in. I open the doors to see many other students, I think I recognize some of them… ah! My group mates, some of my upperclassmen, and other people I’ve seen before are here. Even Akito’s sister?
I walk up to my group mates, who seem just as confused as I am.
Kohane notices me first, and waves.

Akito was cut off by a sudden “ehem” coming from the middle of the gym

Miku?: Hello, hello! Welcome, new students! I am your headmistress, Mikuma! Before you start asking questions, let me explain some stuff:
You are in Hope Fine Arts Academy, where you received a title. Of course, the academy thing is a cover up, you’re really in a killing game!
Everyone seemed to have audibly gasped and started speaking to their friends, or what I can assume is.
Mikuma: yup! A killing game, you heard right! Let me explain a few rules:
1) Killing can be done in anyway! Just as long as the victim is dead, of course
2) DO NOT attack or assault ANY staff members, such as myself!
3) You cannot kill more than 2 people! Don’t be greedy…
4) To escape, you must kill! If you get away with it, you can escape with 1 person of your choice.
5) The hours are 7 am - 11 pm, but you can get up at any time! These hours are just for certain areas like the pool, classrooms, and the cafeteria.
6) A body discovery message will play whenever 2 people who are NOT the culprit find the body.
7) A class trial will be held for murders, and if you find the culprit, they will be punished! If you don’t, then everyone buy the culprit and their person of choice will be punished!
8) Accomplices are allowed, but they will not be punished!
9) This is a Sekai. Yes, everyone in here has/goes to one, which means that this is based off of someone’s feelings! If you find the mastermind(s), they shall be given the Ultimate Punishment, and all survivors will escape!
10) The Monopads I’ll give you hold basic information, which is pretty much everyone’s personal information! And of course, death information for when someone dies.
Simple, right?
I could feel the room getting quieter, it was pretty awkward. Then I heard crying, yelling, and whispers. Even I was scared.

The 4 of us stayed quiet after that, I could tell Kohane was pretty close to tears.

Mizuki: Hihi! Mizuki Akiyama, Ultimate Fashionista!
That seems like all of us, but then, 5 other people enter. They seem like… the Virtual Singers..?
They hand us something, which I can only assume are those Monopads.
Mikuma: Well then, students! Your dorm information should be on those Monopads, so find them and feel free to explore! Just don’t try to break into ANY locked rooms or boarded walls, if you do, you shall be punished!
I guess this is it, but can I really trust anyone here..?
