Saki’s heart pounded. She took in several breaths, trying to calm down but it didn’t work. She was so worked up, it was crazy. She felt more excited watching Naoya kiss his other two girlfriends than she had felt while kissing him. They were so lewd. The deep flush to each of the girls’ cheeks, the wanton expressions on their faces, the way their round breasts pushed into Naoya’s body.
Saki had noticed signs, but she hadn’t wanted to pay attention to them. When Nagisa first started dating Naoya, Saki couldn’t have hated her even if she tried. The girl tried so hard and wanted the best for everyone around her. She was the perfect housewife in every sense of the word. Saki had joked that she wanted to marry her, but beneath the joke was a very real desire. Life was more comfortable and enjoyable in her presence. As much as jealousy swirled in her stomach, Saki would hate to lose Nagisa.
When she had watched Naoya and Nagisa kiss before, she had felt excitement, but she had chalked it up to the thrill of getting caught watching. She had thought she must be into voyeurism. But now that she was watching out in the open, she realized that she was enthralled by the sight of them together.
She wanted them both happy, and she enjoyed seeing it. She also enjoyed seeing the lewdness.
Guess she really was a pervert all along.
She could deal with that. What was harder to deal with was that she was more interested in watching Nagisa than Naoya.
Then there was Shino. The girl had been her best friend for such a long time. Of course, she loved her. She had known this for a long time, but she hadn’t ever thought she’d be looking at her this way . Her mind had started getting messed up after learning just how lewd Shino really was. Normally, she was so quiet and reserved, but when it came to Naoya, she charged forward, taking what she wanted while she could get it.
Saki’s fist curled, determined to follow her lead. “You said I could two-time too if I wanted, right?”
The three of them stopped kissing to look her way. She ducked her head a bit under their gazes. “I wanna try dating Shino and Nagisa-chan too…”
All three of them reacted in surprise. Naoya simply widened his eyes, but the two girls exclaimed in confusion.
“Wait, Saki-Saki…” Shino said uncertainly.
Saki’s excitement dissipated into jitters. “I know it’s weird, okay? But I think that I’m actually…bisexual.”
Naoya grinned. “I knew it!”
Saki blinked. “You did?”
“Do you realize how often you stare at Minase-chan’s boobs?”
“I do not!” she protested even as she realized it was true. “They’re so big. They’re just out there, you know?”
He leaned forward. “Right? They are just begging to be looked at.”
“Uh…” Nagisa moved her arm over her chest in response to their conversation. “I suppose I’m flattered, but…It’s still embarrassing.” She fidgeted.
“So cute!” Saki exclaimed aloud what she would have previously only thought silently.
“Right!” Naoya cried louder than necessary.
Nagisa looked from one to the other, fidgeting even more. “I don’t know if I like being caught between you two.” She bit her lip. “Or, maybe I would…”
Saki’s brow twitched. “Does that mean you are too?”
Nagisa looked up through long lashes. “I think so…I’ve always really liked you, Saki. I, uh, don’t think I’d mind kissing you.”
To her surprise, that confession was enough to nearly make Saki start salivating. What was she, a dog? She was about to start moving toward the other girl to fulfill the invitation when Shino finally spoke up.
“Saki-Saki,” she began in a hushed tone, “I don’t know how to react. You’re my best friend in the whole world. You mean everything to mean. You mean so much that I was willing to give up on Naoya just so that you could be happy. But I’ve never thought of myself as attracted to girls before. I don’t know if I can reciprocate your feelings the way you want me to.”
Saki smiled and reached for Shino’s hand. Her friend let her hold her hand, smiling softly back.
“I get it, Shino. I know I’m asking for a lot. You matter so much to me, so I’m not about to ruin our relationship by pushing things. But, would you be willing to try exploring it? Maybe just holding hands like this?” Saki squeezed her hand. Even that simple touch felt really nice.
Shino bit her lip before pushing herself forward so that she was hugging her. Caught off guard, it took Saki a moment before she wrapped her arms around her. “Of course. This is nice,” Shino admitted.
Saki nodded. It was. Shino smelled like coconut and shea butter.
Nagisa clapped her hands. “I’m so happy for you two.”
Naoya put an arm around her, tucking her into his side. Nagisa leaned her head on his shoulder. They looked really cute.
Saki smiled. For the first time since they began this crazy relationship coaster, everything felt perfectly right.
