Lunch at U.A. was a very normal affair. You walked in, got your food from Lunch Rush, worshipped him as the god of food that he was, then went on your merry way like normal.
Soji Midoriya was halfway done with that when trouble arrived.
"Well, if it isn't a student from Class 1-A," the snobby voice of Monoma spoke as the copycat approached Midoriya. "I have to admit, you're quite cute considering you come from such an arrogant classroom."
Midoriya raised an eyebrow, then began searching for a table, Monoma coming along.
"But, even if you're cute, and even if you're from a classroom as prestigious as Class 1-A, don't let it get to your head!"
Midoriya was more than happy to nod and play along, but he had a feeling Monoma would continue being a pest if he wasn't taught a lesson.
Something Midoriya was also happy to help with.
"Okay, that's enough."
Shocked at Midoriya suddenly speaking, Monoma was caught off-guard long enough to suddenly find himself suspended off the ground, Midoriya's twintails grabbing him and keeping him in place.
"You want to warn me not to get arrogant, and yet you walk up to me and start talking to me like I was some kind of punk. Isn't that ironic?" Midoriya spoke. "And also, you calling me cute?"
"That was obviously meant as a compliment!"
"And I appreciate it, don't get me wrong," Midoriya rolled his eyes as he said so. "But those kinds of compliments should be reserved for a lady, you know?"
Monoma tilted his head, unsure of how to respond. So Midoriya sighed:
"I'm a guy."
Soji Midoriya! Quirk: Twintails! He has complete control over his twintails, effectively making them artificial, super kawaii limbs!
