Dear Friends,
Poor Percy’s put upon. He is, he is, he is. While Thomas gets all the credit, Percy does all the work – or at least, he does in his eyes. And in the eyes of the Fat Controller too. As such, it’s only fair Percy gets his own book – especially after all that he went through! Hopefully this will cheer him up though, and teach Thomas a lesson!
