If you had told Sebastian ten years ago that he would be working with a sentient talking computer to take the Blacksite into lockdown and eventually break out, he would have told you to take your meds. But look at the two of them now: together, packed, waiting for their ride that he had snagged, about to escape, and most importantly, alive. That’s all he could have asked for. He really didn’t think he’d get this far. In fact, despite all his planning, he didn’t think he’d even be able to cause the shutdown of the Hadal Blacksite, let alone be able to see the surface again. Sad, wasn’t it?
